Our Mission

To provide equitable opportunity while holistically educating student-athletes on the importance of a healthy mind, body, and spirit – through the teachings of American Football.

Our Focus

Football Fundamentals

To build a strong foundation of football positions, tempos, hand placements, throwing, catching, route running, pass rushing, coverage techniques, and more. Where there is no foundation, indeed, the house cannot stand.

Dietary Health

To help educate and reestablish our growing relationship with food & athletics. Emphasis will be placed on sustainable plant produce to maintain optimal performance and wellness. All food will be sourced locally from market vendors to reenact the “farm-to-table” experience.

Movement Education

To ensure each participant is instructed joint-by-joint on the importance of micro-progressive movements. Each step and resting position can have a positive or negative effect on the longevity of one body. We will provide a blueprint to activate each muscle from the ground up, reducing the possibility of significant injuries.

Life Principles Within Sports

To teach the game of football through the channel of life’s core principles. Teamwork, Dedication, Zeal, Competitiveness, Awareness, Accountability, Decisiveness, Discipline, Persistence, and Perseverance. These principles remain consistent across all team sports.

Spiritual Balance

To elevate the consciousness of how a spiritually balanced lifestyle helps improve your mental state while bettering your overall energy output. A Spiritually Balanced lifestyle leads to a strong love for self and others.
